Customers in Ainslie and surrounding suburbs may be experiencing issues with their ADSL services. This is due to a fault within the Telstra PSTN network. Telstra have advised that they are working on this issue, however there is no ETR available at present.
This Sunday morning between 1am and 3am we are conducting planned works on our cloud infrastructure which will cause disruption for up to one hour. This is to upgrade our compute and SAN storage and also relocation of some equipment. Downtime will be minimised as much as possible and testing will be conducted afterwards to ensure services are restored.
Some Servers will be powered down and powered on again.
