Some networks we connect to are inaccessible due to an hardware failure on one of our upstream providers. Our systems are designed to fail over but due to the intermittent nature of the hardware failure our systems are not failing over. We have disabled all peering until this is resolved and fixed.

Please note not all sites are affected, only sites that travel across peering.

We are awaiting an official response from the provider as to why this occurred.
