1031hrs AEDT: Outage is now marked as fixed, if you are continuing to have issues please contact our helpdesk on 1300 790 337.
0931hrs AEDT: Issue resolved, it appears planned maintenance for the Penrith POI had affected the Queanbeyan POI for authentication as an unplanned outage. All services have restored but if you having any issues please restart you modem/router. We will mark this outage as fixed at 10:31hrs AEDT.
0851hrs AEDT: Aggregator has acknowledged the issue and we are awaiting a response and ETR.
0838hrs AEDT: Issue appears to be with authentication pass through for the Queanbeyan POI as there are no network outages. Awaiting response from aggregator on a response.
0816hrs AEDT: Localised to one carrier and backhaul looks to be down, working with carrier for an ETA for restoration.
0743hrs AEDT: Issue identified at Queanbeyan POI and looks to be only nbn tc4 services
