A VDSL2 site in O'Connor ACT went offline at 11:48 AEST impacting some services in the area. Technician has been engaged to investigate further. ETA 13:40 AEST

5:04am AEST 21st July 2026 - Attempts to reboot or recover the equipment has been unsuccesful, we are in the process of working with remote hands at the Sydney DC to determine fault.
12:21am AEST 21st July 2026 - IP Transit and Peering core equipment not responding according to monitoring, access out of band management. GSL IP Transit, Megaport and IX NSW are affected. Vocus, EquinixIX and EdgeIX NSW are all functioning as expected for redundancy.
