0948 hrs AEDT: Due to a suspected fibre break between Bowen REEF CEV and Home Hill REEF CEV (QLD) NBN services in Townsville may be experiencing connectivity issues. We are liaising with the upstream provider regarding outage updates with services expected to be restored by 1430 AEST.

0845 hrs AEDT: It has been identified that due to a power outage, the batteries at Sandra's View have depleted causing the site to lose power / connectivity.
The site is currently charging via solar while the technicians arrange a backup generator to sustain power while the system restores to fully functioning state.
