Infinite Networks Phone support (1300 790 337 / 02 6137 1337)
2321hrs AEDT: We have experienced a server blade failure and high availability software has not moved the virtual machines over correctly so they are currently down.
2347hrs AEDT: This currently being investigated, it appears that this was not a full failure and the host is still responding but has no network connectivity. We are attempting to move the virtual machines off the host.
0543hrs AEDT: We are continuing to resolve this issue remotely.
0615hrs AEDT: We have been able to manually shutdown affected virtual machines and move to working hosts.
0723hrs AEDT: All customer virtual machines affected have been restored.
0736hrs AEDT: All virtual machines have been restored with no data loss.
0750hrs AEDT: Blade server successfully rebooted and restored.
2200hrs AEDT - As part of our move to our expansion to NextDC we are relocating our compute and storage for the Canberra Region. This will impact some of our Hosting and some Network services during this time. We expect the window to be 2-4 hours while equipment is physically relocated. The aim is to have services restored by 0200hrs AEDT.
Redundant services will fail over to Sydney while other services will be offline during the time. Updates will be provided on this page through out the maintenance window.
