11:27AM: We have identified a major outage with our 1300 phone line in which we are currently investigating the cause.

11:30AM: We believe this to be a networking fault and our engineers are currently working on the matter as quickly as possible
11:34AM: We have found the issue, phone system is now working, users can now call in we apologize for the inconvenience
0500hrs AEST: Upgrade of Core Router operating system for stability and security to be proactively keep our network up to date and secure. This outage is expected to be no more than 3x 5min outages between 0500hrs to 0530hrs AEST.
