Vision Broadband Network Outage for VDSL Services in Weston Creek and Woden ACT

Multiple VDSL services in the Weston Creek and Woden areas lost connectivity at 00:48 this morning.

Due to common network symptoms between each of these services, a carrier-side infrastructure fault is suspected.

Dedicated Server Hosting / VPS Unscheduled outage: Canberra POP TransACT Datacentre Power

May 30th 2020 14:02:11 AEST: Power has begun to restore to racks and everything restoring to normal, awaiting an post incident report as to the cause of the issue.

May 30th 2020 12:50:23 AEST: There is an an unscheduled outage at the TransACT data centre which is our primary Canberra POP. We have identified that one power feed is unavailable. Equipment and services only relying on in power feed will be down. Our core equipment has redundant feeds and currently running on the alternate feed. Customer Colocation equipment will be experiencing issues if only connected to the power feed that is currently down.
