07:18 AEST - Services are now restoring, we had a connectivity issue between our core infrastructure causing the ports on the equipment to not come up. We will investigate this issue further for any vendor patches.
06:47 AEST - Still working on the issue, we have identified the problem and implementing a fix.

04:20 AEST - It appears there is an issue a hardware issue in our Sydney data centre. This is being investigated and effecting some nbn and fibre services.
03:58 AEST - Some nbn services are reported as down and we are investigating the issue.
