We are currently aware of an issue that has been impacting our main phone line (1300 790 337) since Monday Afternoon where some calls were not passing through to our Support Team.

Our engineering team has investigated the root cause of the fault, and has implemented a fix. We are monitoring the situation closely and believe the issue is now resolved.
