0600-0800 hrs AEDT: As part of an upgrade to our new 100Gbit core network we are migrating some services from our old core switches to our new core switches. This will affect parts of our IP Transit, Private Networks and individual fibre services for short periods of time. Any service with a redundant circuit should fail over to the secondary connection and each service will be monitored to ensure traffic flow is restored.
It is expected that this will b 5-6 small outages no more than 10mins at a time. If there is any sustained outage for longer than 30mins or your service does not respond, please contact us on the after hours mobile.
