Naked VDSL2 Canberra - VDSL2 - Outage across all services due to routing inside iiNet's network

1120hrs AEST: iiNet called to confirm that a piece of equipment had to be rebuilt to get our services back online. This was done and they will be sending through a Reason For Outage (RFO) to us which will update here. We are no marking this outage resolved and marking the services as operational.

1044hrs AEST: Service are coming back online now. Monitoring the situation as it has come up and gone down a few times.

1042hrs AEST: Follow up phone call from iiNet said some services have restored but not all. They are aware of the issue and the network team is looking to resolve this as soon as possible. We have passed on the technical information about the BGP routing being down between us and iiNet as the cause and they looking more closely at this.

1016hrs AEST: iiNet called to say the issue should be resolved but we have confirmed our services have not come back up online. They are continuing to investigate.

0945hrs AEST: Follow up call completed providing all technical information but they have confirmed there is Canberra wide issue right across the iiNet VDSL2 network. Awaiting

0925hrs AEST: Ticket submitted to carrier providing all information and follow up call for escalation.

0915hrs AEST: It has been identified that this is a similar issue to the previous outages on the weekend. iiNet's network has dropped routing from them to us not allowing VDSL2 services to talk to Infinite's core network.

0907hrs AEST: All Canberra VDSL2 services have lost connectivity.
