10:50hrs AEDT: We are now marking this status update as Operational as all systems have returned. The team are making outbound calls to clients affected to ensure everything is working as expected. This appears to be caused by a crash on one of the hosts and after a simple reboot the host is fine. We will monitor VMware's website for bugs for the current version we are running and monitor the cluster.
10:40hrs AEDT: All Virtual Servers have now recovered and alarms are now green. If you are still experiencing issues please call our helpdesk.
10:36hrs AEDT: Failed host has been restarted and Virtual Servers on this host have been unlocked but some Virtual Servers have been restarted to force a move to a working host.
10:20hrs AEDT: We have identified one our ESXi hosts have failed and has locked some client Virtual Servers without failing over cleaning to another high availability host. We are in the process of unlocking the Virtual Machines and restarting the host.
