12:03 PM The faulty DWDM card has been replaced by our supplier and services have now been restored.
10:50 Our supplier has identified one of their DWDM cards to be the cause. We do not have an ETR but we will continue to monitor the network and provide regular updates.
09:20 One of our Intercapital wavelengths is down but there is no performance or uptime issues as the network has cutover to diverse paths as expected. We have submitted a fault to the carrier and await a response for resolution and will continue to monitor the network accordingly.
