This was related to an upstream carrier that delivers some of our nbn tails. This was identified by the upstream provider and has now been resolved. We are awaiting an incident report as the cause was undetermined.
A number of NBN connections are experiencing packet loss and speed issues. Engineers are liaising with our upstream providers to establish the root cause of this issue. More information will be provided as it comes to hand.
