Some clients using Naked ADSL connections may be experiencing issues connecting. We have traced this issue to changes made by an up-stream provider over night, and we're working with them to restore connectivity ASAP.
At this point, we don't currently have an ETR.
Update 10:00am: Services are now restored. Routers should automatically connect again, if not please reboot then call the support team if you have ongoing issues.
