Incident appears to have been resolved, and we are currently monitoring effected services. We are yet to hear from the carrier regarding possible causes, however that information will be accessible here once available.

Issue has been escalated with VDSL2 carrier. We are awaiting a response for the cause and an ETA. We are working to have this restored as soon as possible. Please check back here for updates.

An issue has been noted effecting a large number of VDSL2 services in the Canberra Region.
