6:54 AM - 16 VDSL2/G.fast nodes remain offline. Fibre crews are on stand down after working for 24hrs. They will continue splicing around lunch time.

Affected Dslams: ad1-ai-50-00, ad2-ai-50-00, ad1-ai-50-02, ad1-ai-50-03, ad1-ai-50-08, ad1-ai-51-02, ad1-ai-51-03, ad1-ai-51-04, ad1-ai-51-05, ad1-ai-51-06, ad1-ai-51-07, ad1-ai-52-00, ad1-ai-52-02, ad1-ai-84-00, ad2-ai-84-00, ad3-ai-84-00

10:24 PM - Partial restoration, Services in the Latham and surrounding areas restored. Fibre splicing is still ongoing.

8:39 PM - Cable hauling has been completed. Splicing starting soon.

7:34 PM - Fibre Ops are hauling new fibre cables. The fibres shall be spliced at each of these joints to restore the services in the damaged cables, no ETR.

6:00 PM - Fibre technician identified multiple cables damaged due to horizontal drilling work by civil contractor, Tech on site, assessing the damage. A rectification plan is yet to be finalised, no ETR.

4:40 PM - Technicians at the site of the fiber cable break, 1 Mouat St, Lyneham and are assessing the damage, no ETR.

3:55 PM - Our Supplier has identified a Suspected fiber fault with core equipment, A Fiber tech has been engaged to further investigate and no ETR at this point in time.

2:29 PM - Outage is currently being investigated as we work with our supplier on further updates, no ETA has been given at this time.

1:44 PM - We have identified that the services in Latham and surrounding areas are primarily affected as our supplier is currently investigating.

1:25 PM - We have been alerted to a major outage affecting Vision/VDSL2 Broadband customers and we are currently working with our upstream supplier to provide further updates.
