2210hrs AEST: A core piece of equipment has restarted in our Sydney data centre. It appears the equipment has crashed due to a memory leak and we have raised a case with the vendor.

2201hrs AEST: Services are restoring, investigations are still under way.

2155hrs AEST: An unscheduled outage on nbn services begun. We are investigating the issue and what the cause maybe.
