1605hrs AEST: This issue has been identified and mail is flowing again.

0930hrs AEST: We identified one of our mail borders has locked up due to excessive spam, spam was cleared at 8:15am this morning but the milter function had stopped working and preventing some mail flow. Some messages are being delayed.
