Manual Update from the Infinite Network Operations Center

Good afternoon,

Due to an outage affecting our upstream carrier, the following services were disrupted:

  • Home Personal Voice Services
  • Business 3CX Cloud Phone System Services
  • SIP Trunk Services
  • Some national nbn services

This outage also impacted the Infinite Support Helpdesk phone system.

The NOC is pleased to say this outage should now be resolved and all services should now be up.

We will monitoring the network closely over the next 24 hours while the upstream carrier completes additional emergency remediation work

Good afternoon,

This is an update for the ongoing outage affecting our upstream carrier, the following services are still currently partially disrupted:

  • Home Personal Voice Services
  • Business 3CX Cloud Phone System Services
  • SIP Trunk Services
  • Some nbn services

Voice Services seem to have been returned to normal, but we are getting in reports of outages with nbn services outside of the ACT.

Our team is actively working with the upstream carrier to restore services as quickly as possible.
