Good Evening once again from the Infinite NOC

Amazon has confirmed the issue looks likely to be with be related to DNS resolution of the DynamoDB API endpoint in the US-EAST-1 AWS Region

Manual Update from the Infinite Network Operations Center:

Good Evening from the Infinite NOC, we are seeing issues with Sites and Apps that rely on AWS Services

At this time there is believed to be a major outage with the Amazon AWS Platform that has occured within the last two hours.

While this does not impact Infinite's Operations and Core Services, some customers on our Broadband and Fibre Products may be unable to access certain resources that rely on AWS.

We are waiting for updates from Amazon at this time, and will update this incident page as we get updates from Amazon.
