1258hrs AEDT: The upstream carrier (Telstra) have completed their restoration works on the fault and we are seeing services back online. If you are still seeing your service down please power cycle you router and if you are still seeing your service is down then please call us 1300 790 337. All clients with an existing ticket will be contacted proactively.
1105hrs AEDT: No official updates from the upstream carrier, we have been trying to contact by phone but due to the fault the wait times are lengthy.
1005hrs AEDT: No updates from the upstream carrier, the interface is still reporting down and we are in contact with the upstream carrier for an estimated time of restoration.
0935hrs AEDT: We will continue to monitor this service and provide updates on this page.
0901hrs AEDT: Official unplanned outage identified by the upstream carrier (Telstra) and notifications coming through. "Our technicians are currently working to restore impacted services. In certain circumstances some of the above listed services may not be impacted by this Network Outage. This can occur due to partial infrastructure failure and/or the provision of redundancy for some services. We will notify you as soon as the Network Outage is restored."
0815hrs AEDT: Identified issue that this is at the data centre end as we can not see any receiving light (transmission) from the upstream carrier (Telstra) at our equipment
0704hrs AEDT: No updates from carrier regarding
0110hrs AEDT: Some fibre services are reporting down as the interface to the upstream carrier (Telstra) is reporting as down.
15:49 AEDT The issue has been successfully mitigated and all services and speeds have returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor to ensure the work around is permanent.
15:15 AEDT We have identified a performance issue on our nbn services and we have mitigated the issue. We are looking for a more permanent work around. Latency and packet loss has been resolved but some services will still be receiving reduced speeds and we are continuing to look into this.
14:29 AEDT We have identified performance issues across some of our nbn services with higher than usual latency and some users reporting speed issues. We are currently investigating this and will post updates on this page as more information comes to hand.
