1130hrs AEDT 26th Nov 2024: Marking outage as fixed. If you have any issues please contact the helpdesk for support.
2120hrs AEDT 25th Nov 2024: Cable and hardware module replaced and services coming back online. This should resolve the issues. Thank you for your patience and we will continue to monitor this.
2105hrs AEDT 25th Nov 2024: We are swapping out the affected hardware, there will be a short drop in connectivity and it should regain connectivity after 5mins.
2008hrs AEDT 25th Nov 2024: Technicians are heading into the Data Centre tonight for unscheduled emergency maintenance to replace failing hardware.
1956hrs AEDT 25th Nov 2024: Most services are being restored, we are watching the situation and planning next steps.
1952hrs AEDT 25th Nov 2024: Same issue from Sunday morning has occurred again and resolved as soon as possible. Emergency works maybe required to replace hardware. We are monitoring the situation.
1941hrs AEDT 25th Nov 2024: nbn outage detected on Civic and Queanbeyan POIs, investigation begun.
0714hrs (AEDT): Services are now restored, we are going to continue investigating the cause of this and analyse logs and speak to our upstream provider.
0652hrs (AEDT): We have bought affected aggregation port down and brought it back up and services are regaining connectivity. Investigating further.
0635hrs (AEDT): We have identified that our nbn tails on Civic and Queanbeyan POIs are down for IPoE and Static set services. We are investigating the issue.
0530hrs AEDT: Between 0530hrs and 0630hrs, there will be a 30-minute outage for maintenance upgrades on core infrastructure affecting Vision Broadband customers. This work includes minor fixes and improvements.
