Phone Unplanned Outage to all Phone Services - Resolved

The phone outage experienced this morning has been resolved.

This is being tested presently, and all call functions should return with the coming minutes. This includes inbound, outbound, caller ID, and our support lines.

Phone Unplanned Outage to all Phone Services

There has been an outage identified with all phone services, including our support lines. This has been identified as being caused by a fault within the network of our voice wholesaler. They have reported that the issue has been identified and are expecting a fix shortly.

In the mean time, all inbound calls will remain non functional. All outbound calls will work, but no caller ID will be displayed.
