NBN nbn drop outs

2300hrs (AEDT): The drop outs have stopped occurring. We have not any explanation from nbn on why this occurred but it appeared all tails dropped at least once yesterday. This was not only just authentication but also sync for fttn/fttb/fttc users.

1640hrs (AEDT): We have lodged a fault regarding the drop outs but we have been advised that if one drop out occurred today and the service has returned this will not be looked into. We do have a handful of services that continue to have issues. Individual faults have been opened for these services. Please submit an email to support@infinite.net.au if your service continues to have issues.

1201hrs (AEDT): We have been observing a strange behaviour with our nbn services since 12pm today. We have seen a small number nbn services dropping out for approximately 10 minutes and coming back online. This appears to be related to the Queanbeyan POI (9QBN) but we have had reports from other POIs.

We have not been advised of any issues or outages but we are contacting them for a response as this is not a normal behaviour. If we find this is part of a wider issue we will update this incident.
