We've spoken with Cloudflare this morning and they have re-routed traffic to avoid issues in addition to the changes we've made. They are aware of this and will notify us when resolved. Technical reason given is 'Canberra is not happy' which we concur.
We are seeing connection reset by peer connecting to anything proxying to the Cloudflare servers via the ACT CDN including increased latency to DNS servers. We have routed traffic to Sydney peering to improve performance. We are contacting Cloudflare directly for more information. Initially we shut down all of IX ACT and now this is restored to maintain contact with other peers, mainly AARNet.
