9:30AM - Our Supplier is currently working with the network engineers on a solution. The next update will be at 10:30am AEST.
10:30 AM - No ETR has been provided as of yet. Investigation of cause is still ongoing.
11:23 AM- We have received confirmation that outage have been restored and the services should be back up and working, If your service is not working please power cycle your modem/router but if this does not work please contact support for further assistance. We have not received any information from our supplier on what the cause of this issue is but we will update this page with further information when it has been provided to us. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
17:00pm - We have received confirmation that outage that impacted various POIs in NSW was cleared at 10:15am after the technicians replaced a faulty card. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
