Services are now fully restored. Our investigation into the logs confirms that the core equipment experienced an unexpected software freeze. Fortunately, the device's automated safety monitors detected the unresponsiveness and immediately initiated a forced restart to clear the fault. The remote reboot we performed alongside this automated process successfully cleared the error, and the equipment is now stable and operating normally.
To ensure we understand the root cause and prevent this from happening again, we have opened a high-priority support case directly with the vendor under our support arrangement for further diagnosis. We will continue to monitor the hardware closely and post further updates here as we know more.
The equipment has been rebooted the affected device and now services are beginning to come back online.
